The Rite Aid Corporation 401(k) Plan for Collectively Bargained Employees
The Thrifty Payless, Inc. 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan for certain Collectively Bargained Pharmacists
The Rite Aid 401(k) plans are frozen, no new participants will be added, and no new contributions will be made to the plans.
The administrator of the plans is the Rite Aid 401(k), LLC Administrative and Investment Committee
